Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Pepe Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stylish blouses, dresses, jumpsuits, and other fashion items. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the item is faulty or not as described.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the email template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA) using a tracked shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you’re exchanging an item:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges unless the original item was faulty
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an item that doesn’t match your order:

- We’ll arrange a free return shipping label for you
- You can choose between a full refund, exchange, or store credit
