Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping (excluding some Asian and remote regions) with two convenient options:

    • Delivery via DHL or FedEx
    • Estimated delivery: 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available on orders over £50
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery via EMS
    • Estimated delivery: 15-25 days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Pepe Clothing purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Get approval: Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags and labels
  4. Ship your return: Send to our returns address using a tracked shipping method (keep your receipt)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges unless the original item was faulty
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
